My profile picture is constantly missing

Okay here goes all of my posted items for sale show my seller name and my rating but my picture is gone. All it shows is a black and white blank picture. Same thing on the bottom of my postings for sale shorts my name and performance but no picture. I want this fixed it really bothers me eBay even recommends to have a logo or a picture to make yourself look more professional as a seller. I have been a shower for maybe 8 months the picture I originally posted was there for months and worked as it should but recently I have called customer service which is not fun to get a hold of describe my problem and it is never fixed they don't even understand what I'm talking about. I even changed the picture to a different one to see if that made a difference but no so if anyone out there can help me with this issue I can't thank you enough. I think it's just a computer problem on their end but at least the first time this happened that's what they said and the picture did come back as it should for a while but it has been gone again for about a month. Also the person a customer service was kind of shocked about my issue he said he's never gotten a call like this before and nobody really cares about that well I do. It makes me look unprofessional and I want every advantage my can to make a sale wow a customer ish looking at my posting and making their decision.  maybe it's just me I have run a small business in the past and advertising is very important if you're advertising looks nice and professional. When people make a decision that's what they expect a professional reliable experience. If you look on professional it has the opposite effect. Looking forward to hearing something.

I see your profile picture on your eBay profile, your list items for sale, and on your actual listings. The only place I don’t see it is here on these boards, which is an issue because they stopped syncing that photo with your eBay profile.  Is there somewhere in particular it should be showing that you can point me to that it is missing?

I can't see your logo on here, but when I click on the view listings it shows up, so it seems to be a community thing. My pics have been coming and going for months now (both profile and listings). I created a post about it a few months ago and it is still happening. Ebay responded back then and said that they were aware of it and supposedly fixing it. I thought it might be a browser thing, but it happens in both Chrome and Firefox so it's an ebay thing. Originally I reported it back in May and again in July.

You think yours is annoying.

My username on ebay itself as displayed on listings and feedback randomly alternates between being onefootflipper and onefootflipper1, and it only shows my photo when it says one foot flipper.

In my case I know what happened. I had talked on my youtube channel about the difficulty I was having migrating my favored username to the account that actually had all the stuff (I was previously using 2 accounts). Someone at ebay obviously saw that and special cased me somehow and the very next day with no action from me it started showing onefootflipper and my photo logo. However sometimes it just stops doing that for hours or days at a time and reverts to the old name with no photo and it won't let me edit it.
