I recently listed some items on Ebay and told my cousin about them. She then did a search to look at my items. She could not see them. I called Ebay and they told me it takes 24 hours for your items to appear. A week later and they still are not visible. I have had this problem and nobody on Ebay can help me. They simply do not know.
I would advise ebay sellers to have another person do a search for their items to see if they are visible on Ebay. I can see them myself but buyers can't see them.
Anybody have any suggestions on how I can correct this glitch?

Actually, I see where the problem may be. You've listed some items on .ca and some on .com. The listings that you did on .com only have shipping to the US so anyone in Canada searching for those listings will not see them. When I search on .com, you have 11 items when I use a US zip code and only 4 items showing when I use a Canadian address. The ones that you listed without shipping to Canada won't be visible to anyone on .ca.
When listing on .com you will need to enter shipping to Canada under international and use a flat rate. If you have any questions on how to do that, you can message me or ask on the sellers board on .ca.

I searched for a couple of your items and didn't have a problem finding them.
Can you give an example of an items(s) that you can't find and the search terms that you are using.

Thank you so much for taking your time to figure this out for me. Your solution worked. I revised the shipping on one of the items and included Canada and my cousin can now see it. You are a genious. Why couldn't Ebay figure that out?
Have a great weekend!

Listing for sellers in India can not be seen in India but can be seen everywhere else. eBay is aware of the problem. Auctions aren't as popular as they used to be so you might want to try selling some of your items at a fixed price instead of in an auction.
