I have many listed items. And I did a little inventory check and decided to check a few items if I have them listed. And to my surprise i could not find the item. I have to do the work all over and make a new listing. This is not the first time I find items on my shelf that I've noticed not being sold. And look them up they are not even listed anymore. Stupid eBay is getting on my last nerve. They taking our money and don't listen or improve. The worst and laziest company over. Someone needs to make a better selling plateform.

Hi, I see 143 listings for you. How many are you supposed to have?
When eBay removes a listing, they send a message telling you why the item has been taken down. Since you were suprised at the missing items, i assume you did not receive any communication. How many are missing?

Hi again, was just looking at your listings and noticed you mention a 20% restocking fee in your descriptions. Ebay no longer allows sellers to impose a restocking charge. This was in the Spring 2018 Seller Update. Link below.

I think the OP is talking about "poofed" listings, not ones ebay has 'taken down'.
Poofed ones just vanish into the ether. This has been going on for years.
I eliminated that problem by not relying on Ebay to keep track of my listings. I keep a record offsite, which I can easily use to restore the listings that vanish.

The OP has 30 day fixed price listings and not GTC listings and my experience is that it is very easy to miss unsold listings and they eventually fall off the 90 day look back.

Even GTC listings can go poof in the night
Not from my experience and I have about 1200 of them.

Do you use a 3rd party listing tool?
No, we create our listings in the advanced listing tool. It is quicker and easier for us to do them this way.
We might have 35 different items that are similar enough to create one listings and then make 34 sell similar listings from the first one. The biggest time savings is in setting up item specifics and eBay categories settings which would be almost always the same categories and slight differences in item specifics.

You have given us very little information to go on.
Can you give us an idea of when they were listed, and what the listing duration was?
