My list has been removed.the reson was 

We had to remove your listing because it didn’t follow our Counterfeit item policy. We don’t allow counterfeit items, replicas, or unauthorized copies.

but I saw many sellers selling same items. Can I relist the item Template name with new key word

No you should not re-list.

If you are caught violating again you may be suspended.

The reason you see other sellers selling the same thing is because they have not ben caught yet.

Those listings will eventually be taken down also.

Again, my advice is DO NOT RE-LIST.

No, do not relist as others have suggested or it will be the end of your selling career on Ebay.  Once ebay removes an item for policy violation, you are under their radar and if you relist it, you will most likely be suspended permanently.  Don't risk it.
