My item is listed twice

Hello all. I listed a Polo Ralph Lauren Country Wool Vest yesterday.  When I searched for it today it was listed twice one after another. One listing says spondsored. What does that mean? It looks funny to me. Also will I be charge twice if the item sells. Thanks

You only have one listing for the vest. No, you won't be charged double final value fees.

I'm only seeing it listed once. You must have accidentally promoted it. Ant, there is an additional fee for that, I believe.

If you had listed it twice, you'd be notified.

Now I only see one also. I swear there were two with one saying sponsored. I do not use the promotional tab. Thanks anyways
