The problem seems to be with mobile browsers.

I can still read messages using a desktop browser or the eBay app.

If you have your eBay messages forwarded to your email, you should be able to read and reply directly to the email rather than using the blue reply button in the message which takes you back to your eBay message inbox page.

If you want to contact eBay, mention ALERT16021 to have your account added to the ticket.

You can report issues to eBay using the "?" icon in the lower right of most eBay pages -- you may have to scroll a bit to see it.

Only  use a  desktop -Microsoft 10, Firefox  - never  had/have a problem.  Will update  to Microsoft 11 before October 2025.

Hate these  changes am a '44 model that like the  way things are just fine now.

Those "Smarter Than Me Phones" can't hold a candle to a 20" Dell Monitor vs a 6" x 2.75" plus I'm  not always walking with my head down and looking at my shoe shine.  I like face to face communication best of all too..
