Hi! Now my account in status: Your seller dashboard is not available at this time because your account has been restricted. . . I checked: 1 last buyer received 6 items from me on 22 January 2024 but the website of Vietnam post didn t update information about that purchase delivered success. I sent complain to Vietnam post central office and they replied they contacted US post and that parcel delivered on 22 January 2024. But 1 buyer complain open resolution center for items didn t received and Ebay restricted my account. Now, I couldn t sell or buy items on ebay. Please help me resolve this trouble: the email, the link of Ebay for Open my ebay account for me sell and buy items on ebay. Thanks. Viet |

Ebay noticed me: "Your Seller performance has fallen below standard, so your selling limits have been reduced. Go to your Seller Dashboard for tips on improving your performance.". But my Seller Dashboard restricted and I couldn't complain to ebay staff. I checked: all my buyers recieved items who bought from me. I didn't understand why ebay restricted my account? how can I do now? Thanks.

Sorry for your situation. No one here can re instate your account for you as we are all just buyers and sellers like yourself.

These US CS agents who are employed by eBay and been known to be very helpful. Many positive posts on this forum concerning a positive outcome. Reach out to them today and let them know your issue. I believe they sign on at 8 am US time. Try to contact them then.

It's a very likely reason eBay would have restricted you, as it's blatantly against the rules. That said, you should have a message from eBay describing why they restricted you (though in some cases they're intentionally vague so you can't just find a way around the rules). Please come back and post that message with any personal information removed and maybe we can advise you. Many times these restrictions are permanent, especially if it was over your personal info in the listing (eBay sees that rightly as trying to take the sale off-site, which is very much against their rules), but some problems can sometimes be fixed.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
