Hi, from the start Im really concern about one of my buyer because first zero feedback (I know its okay but some of the scammer has 0 feedback) second his location is in US even I located in Australia but he have an Australian address, and lastly I saw his address in google map and it looks suspicious. Now I received his payment in my paypal and I sent the item (mobile phone) with tracking number. 1 day ago it says it was delivered. But now the buyer sent me a message said
"Hi mate, I received the below e-mail from my courier, need your support ASAP please.
Regards,

Hello,
Your package containing Phone/Mobile and weighing 0.68 kg under the Airway
Bill No. 9517200700 is already in your Sydney Aramex Global Shopper account.
However, it's on hold for 21 days because it does not have an invoice from the
retailer.
To complete your order, please send a copy of the invoice to your local Aramex
Global Shopper office."
Can someone tell me what to do next because I had an experience before that 1 buyer scammed me and I dont want to happened it again. thanks guys!

it sounds like the buyers phone is in customs and they want proof of what he paid.I have run into this problem before in certain countries when they are not satisfied with the customs form and want to take a look at an actual purchase invoice instead

It's not in Customs, it's still at the reshipper.
And the re-shipper needs to know the value to declare for customs in the buyers country. This is pretty standard for mail consolidators/forwarders, at least standard with the forwarders I've used.

the buyer reply to my message I said I will give him the invoice on Monday because I lost the receipt and my post office is closed this weekend and he said
Thank you, please, if you can give an invoice with 333 $ (the price of used one) will be excellent, because, in my country, the customs will be high if you provide the invoice for the new item, high invoice = high customs fees.
Regards,
Im a little worried about this
