My auction ended then disappeared

I had an auction listed for an item, and it ended a bit less than 30 minutes ago. When it ended, it disappeared from everything. It’s gone from my account, isn’t appearing in my selling or sold tabs, it’s like I never listed it in the first place. What’s going on?

Did you perhaps list a banned item relating to the COVID-19 virus? Face masks, disinfectant wipes, anything of that sort? If so, your listing would have been removed by eBay.

No matter why it was removed, you'll receive an email from eBay explaining why they deleted it. The email should arrive shortly--the emails lag behind the listing removals sometimes.

Same with me...NO COVID GOUGING STUFF, NO BANNED STUFF, just collectables and such. I have 4 auctions out of 125 that did not disappear. That means 121 auction listings are gone, disappeared and I have no idea where they are. Great we can not call ebay, huh?

An ENDED auction is not going to appear in your selling or sold tabs.

An ended auction goes the same route as any other listing that is ended. 

You should be able to pull it up by going to:

My Ebay > Selling.... (Click)

Then...

Listings > Ended
