My account blocked from selling with 500+ feedback with 100% and zero negatives past year

I’m at a roadblock with being able to sell on eBay anymore. About a year and a half ago my account was restricted because of shipping issues with a third party I was helping with classic car parts. I would take pics, list and sell and his only job was to ship to the address I provided but proved to be learning situation for me. I could buy but not sell for a while. Soon the percentages didn’t make sense as I was still accumulating positive feedbacks but the 96% feedback never changed. After a while it finally jumped to 99.8 and I was able to sell again. I listed and sold 8-10 items smoothly over a few weeks and then when I went to list something it said that my account was restricted after a review was made. At this point I was at 100% with 510 feedback and no negatives the past year. I immediately tried reaching out to see if there was a mistake made as there were no outstanding balances on my account either. 
  I started with messages then emails, phone calls(all animated) and even sent a hand written letter to EBay home office. All over the course of three months and no answers back at all. I just wanted to find out if it was a mistake or if there were further steps I needed to take to put it back in hood standing. But in the mean time I’m getting messages from ebay on how to improve my listings while selling, generic account updates, etc...all insinuating that I’m currently selling. It’s frustrating and I’d just given up. Especially the past month as I personally have friends and associates leaving eBay for other platforms as ever increasing fees are applied. Has anyone else dealt with this and how did it get fixed? Any help would be appreciated.

Feedback means absolutely nothing anymore. It's the metrics that count.

You need to look at the actual message that was sent to you in regards to your restriction.

Within that letter is contained the reason for it.

It's usually just a few words, but it's in there.

Once you know the reason, that will likely spell out the path of resolution.

Feedback doesn't matter for restrictions, look at your Dashboard in seller hub..........have you canceled solds as out of stock, failed to ship, been late with shipping, not had tracking? 

You are posting with your buying id........which is fine, but no one can see what little of your selling history is shown in feedback......so very hard to give any advice.........

How do you have at least two negative feedbacks with no negative feedback?
