Well it was a good run anyway. Never had a customer ask to cancel a sale before. The funny thing is it was a Best Offer, which I accepted. Then they claimed to not have seen the shipping. 15 oz FCP.
Probably. I was tempted to send them a screenshot with a big red arrow pointing to where the shipping price is prominently displayed on every listing, but I felt too lazy to do all that.
I know many buyers don't understand that the offer they make does not include shipping. I've had this happen myself - best they ask for the cx now instead of asking to cx after it's been shipped.
Yeah, I hate reinforcing bad behavior but it's not really worth the hassle to try and force them to pay. I save UPI for when they go radio silent on me.
