I've been trying to change my tracking number, as I had changed my shipping label, but my buyer sees can only tracking the old shipping label, which isn't going anywhere since it's not being used. What should I do?
I'm also concerned since if eBay is only tracking that number and not the new one, then how will they know when my package will arrive, since its already been sent out to be delivered. And if they don't see that my package is, in fact, arriving to them, then how will I get my money?! Please help!!

@j-bundle1222 I haven't tested this in a while but you used to be able to edit the tracking number on the app. I suggest you try there since you can not change it on a PC.
Also, be sure to message the buyer the new tracking number.
You should also be able to ADD the tracking number on the sold item, it will then have two tracking numbers.

Go to your paid and shipped items https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:PAID_SHIPPED
Find the transaction, click on order details. Under shipping details you can edit the tracking. Click edit and add the new tracking number. Be sure to remove the old one.

@comics-scifi-collectibles, is right. Message your buyer and give them the correct tracking number and the service you used. By doing that you will have proof you did ship the item if they claim Item Not Received. You would have to add the correct tracking to the dispute or an appeal, so eBay can see and compare shipping addresses and delivery.

I have, but apparently the old tracking number shows up for them only.

Hi,
I have two selling accounts, sold items from both accounts, stupidly switched two tracking numbers.
I have been trying for two hours to correct the tracking numbers, even chatted with eBay, where I spent an hour running around in circles,
I have just tried via the app on the phone & it too will not let me correct the tracking number, telling me, "This number is being used by a different seller", even though I removed the incorrect tracking numbers over 2 hours ago.
I give up, how can eBay be so glitch ridden, we did not have this issue before.
The eBay customer support also was unable to add the tracking number stating, "due to client privacy we are not allowed to access the account"
If I manage to add them tomorrow I will get a defect for late delivery..
I give up
