My Notification bell stopped showing me if there is any notes for me. How to fix it

It’s probably an eBay glitch. 
You can always check your items awaiting shipping for any sales, check messages for messages from buyers or eBay.  
I never rely on the bell, emails, messages or cha Ching sound to tell me I have a sale etc..

There is a post on the technical board about this.  There are also some other posts or comments about this as well on the selling board in the bodies of some of the posts. Whether it is being looked at I don't know.

This has also been happening to me since 9/22. No notification bell, OR a delay of a few hours for it to go off. However, I generally check the seller hub throughout the day as I would advise everyone to because there are ebay glitches on many days and this is the easiest place to go to see everything in one place.

Hopefully the glitch will get worked on and we will see it work again soon.

Ah Ebay, your timing is hilarious.  Right when our listings begin displaying claims about how quickly we respond to messages, we stop getting notifications that we have messages.

there working on it,, some are fixed as of 9/21/24,,, bell notification for item sold that was not deleting,,is gone off my page,, lasted about 2 weeks

I really wish they would bring the tags back.  it would notify those that the thread is old and passee and prevent all the dog piling on a topic that has since been fixed.  My bell works fine now.

LOL my bell works fine for my store messages as well as the bell that says there are new replies to threads here.  Which we'll be getting more of for this thread, I'm sure.  🤣
