Customer service

Cutomer Service is the non-functional and super frustrating to deal with. Even having to speak to a representative is a real chore. Speaking to someone from India is not good customer service. Person had to hand us off to another representative that lasted 1 min and the phone disconnected. My rating for Ebay customer service is an F!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As long as it isn't account related the people here are more knowledgeable than 90% of eBay's CS.  I would consider starting a detailed thread -regarding your issue if it doesn't involve any sensitive information.  Otherwise if you need support from eBay it is a game of whack a mole.  Just keep calling till you get the answer you want.

eBay doesn't have ANY customer service based in India. They once had an office there and some coders but that was more than 10 years ago.
