Why Ebay without giving reason or warning permenant restrictions on my account for selling. same product lot of sellers are selling and whats wrong with my account to permenant restrictions?.call to worse customers service for appeal my account and they come out with standard transcript .sorry your account was permanently restricted from selling because of activity we believe was putting the eBay community at risk.we try to appeal.wait for 3 business day for your appeal result.with in 5 minute another mail says your account cannot reinstated and permenant restrictions.worse ever support and treat the seller worse."if you are murderer in some how got a second chance for life but in ebay no way."really dispointed. 99% feedback and top rated seller still ebay treat the seller worse ever.

Did you have permission to sell digital goods? Did you have permission to sell THOSE digital goods?

Excellent chance you are banned because you violate digital deliver policies and intellectual property rights.

Perhaps the others you see have not been caught yet, perhaps they have licenses and permissions you do not.

Time to pursue something elsewhere, you are done here.

This is true.  Expanding on this advice: 

Invest your time, energy, intelligence, and money into a legitimate business that can provide long-term income.  For example, learn a trade, develop marketable products, acquire a skill that is valuable to others, etc.

Thinking that you are somehow going to make buckets of money by illegally selling something like you've been trying to do is just a waste of your potential.

Digital delivered items are restricted/prohibited.  You do not own the rights to those items so you are infringing & profiting on their product.  This is considered virtual stealing and it's not allowed & you can be prosecuted for it as well.  Here's a link that can better explain:

You don't own those digital items and don't have the rights to sell them.
