Multiple offers

Need a little advice.... buyer sent offers for a quantity of 5 of one item and quantity 10 of another item.  Sent back offers based on the total of 15. Now buyer has accepted and paid for only 5. Normally would’ve specified in the offers that price was good only with purchase of 15 items but unfortunately it was late last night and I didn’t 😔 do I have any recourse? I’ve reached out to buyer and asked if they intend to purchase the other 10 as offered but of course I’ve had no response.

This seems to be a new trick of sorts. I've seen at least one other thread recently stating a buyer used this tactic (asked for bulk Qty discount, got the offer, then only bought one auction at that price). I think unless you actually specified the additional detail in your offer, you are kind of stuck. And your buyer may very well be aware of that.

Not much you can do but eBay does have a new feature that you can set up in your listing.  It is called volume pricing. Here is a link to learn more about this.
