I have had an account on ebay for more than 10 years - primarily as a buyer.

Can I sell from a different account than I use to buy?

Another way of asking this: can I have more than one ebay account?

Yes you can have one to sell on and one to buy on in fact I think you can have up to 10 accounts.

Yes, you can set up another account for selling, you just need a different email address.

Many suggest having different accounts for buying and selling. I never bothered, but it seems like a good idea.

As others advised, you can have more than one account. But there is a policy with the expected terms. See link below:

There is no limit on the number of user id's you can have. The only requirement is that you need a different email address for each one.
