I know ebay has a Duplicate Listings Policy, https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/listing-policies/duplicate-listings-policy?id=4255.
There is a seller with 5 multi quantity listings of the exact same item. One of the listings offers an additional quantity. The prices, title and description are identical. The photos are the same except that the seller has rotated the order, so the main photo for each of the 5 is different.
The seller has sales on most if not all of the listings, so it seems an attractive thing to do, however, as I understand it, this is a violation of the policy.
Is rotating the order of the photos enough to have the listings not be a violation of the policy? If it follows policy, I'll be doing it as well. Using search terms STRATIFIED PAW PAW FRUIT TREE SEEDS (Asimina Triloba) INDIAN BANANA Hardy Plant will bring up the listings if someone wants to take a look and give an opinion. TIA

You can report it. But.....may not do any good. Almost a waste of time.
I've got some competing items to tune of one seller with almost 200 duplicates. Gave up on reporting them.

I'm not trying to find duplicate listings. Already found a seller with 180 of them.
I'm just saying that eBay doesn't seemed too concerned about it
