Number 1, after 20+ years being a member of Ebay you'd think in that time a $Billion company would make it simple to actually contact someone within their company. That Customer Service wise is PATHETIC.
Number 2, how is it possible I received 3 bids on an item I'm selling and yet only at the minimum bid amount ? Do these members pay Ebay for that extra privilege ? How is it possible that the MINIMUM bid is for $100, I get 3 bids and the bid amount never goes above $100 ? Do these customers PAY Ebay a premium to enable them to fleece us Ebay sellers. I would not be surprised at all, not one bit, fullstop.
Ebay, please fix your customer service. Its been 25+ years, its time.
Sincerely fed up with Ebays' **bleep** poor customer service at 10% of sales and 10% of S&H costs......

One bidder who placed a bid, then decided to up it two more times. Happens sometimes when people decide they need to up their maximum bid. I've done it myself. Nothing special, nothing nefarious.
Can't help you with customer service. From my understanding it's never been good (don't know, never had to call), and with Covid having the call centers closed I'm sure that isn't helping.

Over the weekend, one of my customers bid 4 times on the same item.
Not another person made a bid.
