Multi-Variation Listing Problems

Yesterday I was trying to list things using a multi-variations. Two identical outfits, just different sizes. It wouldn't work - I kept getting an error message, it was extremely frustrating.  I spoke to cs manager who agreed I was doing everything right and also couldn't figure out the problem.  He thought it must be some sort of computer glitch.  I just got a follow-up email from him and he advised they are looking into it and will get back to me when he knows more.

Wondering if anyone else experiencing a similar glitch/prioblem?

I had the same problem last week.  If you are listing with new form try to go back to old form for that listing.  I had help from CS to do that.

Unfortunately now I just have old form to list with.  I guess CS could change it back for me- I'll get around to it sometime.

Thanks.  But I gave up last night and just listed them separately.  That's what ticks me off about ebay -- if you were having this problem last week then this guy I was speaking with, cs manager, should have known there is a glitch and how I can work around it.  I even asked him more than once has anyone else called having the some problem.  He said no.  Clearly he didn't speak with you, but someone there did, they just have a very poor communications system in place.

It wouldn't let me enter variations on an existing listing, even if I changed category. But it did let me do variations on a new listing.
