Multi-Buy Colour selection

Hello, I have tried searching but couldn't find an answer.

I have a multibuy listing with different colour options.  This all works great, however when you select 2 items for example, you cant select 2 different colours but only the same colour.

Could someone point me in the right direction to change this so that when someone clicks 2 or more on the multibuy, that they can select different colours.

You set up a multi-quantity listing.

You did not set up a variation listing.

A variation listing is how you offer different colors - you can't do it within the item description.
