I am trying post an auction and receive message: 

 "Thank you for your interest. However this feature is only available in limited release. We'll let you know when it's more widely available."

It is regular auction without any inserts, promotions, other bells and whistles so what is this feature Ebay is talking about?

and ... auction is not posted.

Any hint how to fix it?

A search of the discussion boards for that error message turns up a few hits, mostly to do with new sellers running into selling limits.
