Hi I recently moved from USA to Taiwan and will be residing for at least a year.
Is there any way to change my listings preference from shipping from US?
I already changed my ships from address to my new address in Taiwan.
However when a buyer made an order, I cannot choose a shipping service as it says I need to change my ships from address to a USA address.

You will need to contact Ebay directly on this one. I suggest Ebay for Business on Facebook.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service.

If when you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant, type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.

You will have to buy a label locally as you can't print a label on ebay.com unless you are in the US. That means you can't use the standard envelope label. When you are in another country, the domestic shipping will still be shipping to the US but you wouldn't use the domestic services. I use one of the generic shipping from outside of the US services on my listing page. The international shipping section will be used for everywhere else and you will have to use a generic option for that as well.
You also need to change the item location on your listings as they say you are in the US. I think that you may have to do that separately on each listing. There is an item location area near the bottom of the listing page.

I don't know if you want to change your registration site as well but I have read that it is no longer possible to change it and keep the same ID. But you can be in another country and still list on .com. If you are still going to be using the same bank account that you used when in the US, I don't think that you should have to change your registration but I'm not 100% certain.
