I never had this problem before. I called ebay a couple of times. The reps keep telling me that I need to purchase gallery plus. They are clueless and have just told me that they will report the problem. Thanks in advance.

Thank you! I called ebay 3 times. Each time they told me I had to purchase gallery plus. Then they said they would submit a ticket. This the 3rd time I've come to this forum and have gotten an immediate and correct answer.

@frankxx7 Mouse over zoom is working just fine. Your photos are too small to meet the zoom requirements.
Your listing photos will be automatically enabled with a free zoom/enlarge feature on the view item page if they are high enough resolution. We recommend photos be between 800-1600 pixels on the longest side (height or width). Images less than 800 pixels on the longest side will not have this feature enabled.

It has to do with the pixel size of your photos....there's been recent threads about this.
The larger the photos, the more they can be zoomed. If you list the smallest allowed pic, it will not zoom.

Thanks for answering this. I always wondered why some listings didn't zoom.

I listed two items tonight with images ranging from 2000-3000, and the zoom feature still did not work. I selected the gallery plus box below the images when I was creating the listing.
Does the zoom feature take a few hours to start to work?
I've sold on ebay since 2009, and this is my first problem with this issue. Im completely confused.
