What can we do as a seller to increase our sales?

Well, having a 40% feedback rating is probably your biggest issue.

It appears the last few have all been negative or neutral.  That will make most buyers avoid you unfortunately.

And you are located in Sri Lanka, shipping from there and China to worldwide.  You look to used to have some decent feedback in prior year's time.  Not sure what happened, but that feedback rating is what's hurting you the most at the moment.

     OP is drop shipping out of China and despite constantly advising sellers that this is a poor business model due to the risk associated with suppliers people continue to do it. As a seller there are enough risks in ecommerce without adding to those by depending on direct supplier shipments to buyers.

You're selling stuff most people can get at their local dollar store or a Chinese dump like Temu, and giving eBay a bad name doing it. You need to change up what you're selling and how you're selling it. Take a step back and look at what you're selling and how you're doing it.

Oh thats an easy one...

Just use promoted listings at the "recommended  rate" of likely somewhere between 10% to 20% more of the ENTIRE TRANSACTION - That will mean you'll likely be giving up somewhere between 30% to 50% of your items price in fees right off the top, depending on what you are selling, though you might make a few more sales... Though my guess is they probably wont be satisfied with the rate you chose for long so you'll likely need to up it as your sales continue to dwindle yet again and again...
