More sales bring more problems....

From a sales standpoint - April sales would have been a five year high.  But then two orders were cancelled - fortunately before I had a chance to ship them.   And so far I have had two return requests.   I usually don't have two return requests in an two years - much less one month.

The first return request was for a Boston Celtics jersey that the buyer said  "seemed not to be authentic" based on the stitching.  The thing is that my husband bought that Adidas jersey at the Boston Garden about ten years ago along with a Bruins jersey and a Boston Garden t-shirt.   At least they returned what I sent.

Today I received a return request stating that I sent the wrong item - supposedly they had ordered cotton fabric in a different design.  The thing is that the item they purchased according to the listing was fleece - not cotton - and I had no other fabric remotely similar listed.

I think it's time for folks to go back to work - all this time at home is affecting them.

I noticed stuff like that happens in "spurts".

You can not have a return in years ... then all of a sudden get 3 in one month.

Good luck and stay safe!

I haven't had a return, but had some interesting "troubles" that didn't seem to happen when things were normal.

I think there's a lot of impatience going around, and some loneliness too... I think some of my buyers really want a penpal but they're buying things from me so that I'll respond to their messages.

Today I received a return request stating that I sent the wrong item  OP

You can't send the '' wrong item''  if you never had the item in the first place . So I think while people may be getting weary of always being at home,, it  seems some also have trouble accepting responsibility .  I got accused of sending  the wrong item  as well . The buyer contacted me to say a certain charm was not attached to the keyring  that she purchase . She went on to say she wants the one she purchased . The trouble is the part that she claims was not attached happens to be a 3 by 2 inch  resin planar that I know was on the keyring when  I shipped it.  I suspect the ''not attached '' was a play on words to hopefully convince me it was totally missing .  I just listed an almost identical keyring  a few days ago . Even though I offered her a full refund upon return today    I think she's hoping I'll send her the one I just listed for free . Not happening . Tulips

I'm having the same issue. They are going all the way through with the sale paying for it and all and then contacting me to cast the transaction then we get into trouble by eBay for cancelling transactions although they say it's not supposed to count if it was requested by the buyer. But I just had my seller limits revoked for over a month due to this issue... Not only that but we are sterilizing everything before it goes out the door I think eBay needs to ban ALL returns right now as we do not know who is sick and who is not our if they are sterilizing the items they handled as well before sending it back to us..
