A few weeks ago I stated here eBay removed an amp for sale yet four other identical amps are listed on eBay. Now, ebay has place a 3 day hold on new listings due to Zerox had item removed for infringement. Folks, no infringement, no picture of item and only using part number without Zerox name in title. Three months ago Zerox doing same was dismissed by Zerox as infringement. When I sell out my items I will be gone from eBay constantly harassing me.

The name is Xerox - not Zerox. Your listing was probably removed because you were using a stock photo from Dreamstime of a plain box and there was no evidence in the listing that what you were selling was a real Xerox part. There are plenty of other listings showing genuine Xerox parts and packages for sale.
The fact that Dreamstime has their watermarks all over the photo of a generic box that you DID use suggests that you did not pay to use their photo. Why not just upload a real photo of yours that shows the real product for sale?

Why not just follow the rules and then you don't have to leave Ebay?

You won’t have to worry about this as you are on a crash course to losing your eBay account.
Your beef should be with Xerox, not eBay. eBay must follow the law and remove the listing if Xerox makes the formal complaint of infringement. The law i am referencing is The Digital Millennium Copyright Act and it requires more of eBay than just the listing removal. It also requires eBay to implement a program against repeat offenders or be considered an infringer itself.
Cannot speak to the presence of other listings not being removed. Ultimately it doesn’t affect you. It is your neck on the chopping block. At this point i would be more worried about my own situation than other sellers’.
It is perplexing— this is not your first violation, yet you choose to again flout the rules, as well as burn your bridges, by committing the same infraction. That can ruin your selling account. Why are you still trying to list this item here?
You will continue to get in trouble if you continue to ignore the rules, which has the potential to get you banned from eBay for life, sued by Xerox, or worse. By law, to protect itself from also being prosecuted, eBay must adopt and implement a policy for terminating repeat infringers.*
The ball is in your court now.
