Ebay holding payouts again without probable cause. All of my info is up to date and correct. I keep getting " Sorry , try again later" .

Holds on payment can and do happen: is this on the madolin??
Higher the price the more likly such is to happen.

Since it sold for more then $1000, they'll probably hold the funds for 30 days.
