Monthly invoice seems high...

Hi all,
New here...just wanted to ask a quick question. Sorry if the answer is obvious.

My seller invoice for April was $4.80 even though I only made a total of about $13. This seems a very high amount for Ebay to charge me...

Is this right?
Thanks

@anttheartist In order to help you figure this out, can you please advise how much you sold? Your history page shows 2 listings at $4.90 apiece, but they are multi-quantity listings. How many of each did you sell?

In addition, did you review the charges on your invoice? Did you select any listing upgrades?

Re: Monthly invoice seems high...

Hi @copper.boom - Thanks for your reply.

I sold 2 items at $4.00 each & did no listing upgrades when I listed the items.
Does having a high quantity of the item listed make the monthly final fee higher?

I can see that there is an advanced listing upgrade for $4.00...not sure what or where that is though.
If the invoice told me what item and where that is then I would change it or take it off...
Thanks again

Re: Monthly invoice seems high...

Okay, you sold 2 items at $4.00 each for a total of $8.00

Your eBay final value fee on that would be $0.80

Then you said there is a $4.00 listing upgrade fee. Based on the amount I would have to guess that you accidentally checked the box on one of your listings for a bold title in search results. If you view the invoice it should tell you the item number for the listing that had an upgrade

That brings you up to $4.80 in fees.

And don't forget the paypal fees of 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction.

Hope that helps. @anttheartist
