Mobile app doesn't show Free Shipping?

Hoping someone can help me with this issue. I have a small shop and have a few items that offer free shipping. When I look at the items with free shipping on my mobile app the listing shows the price and "+ Shipping" instead of "Free Shipping". Do I need to do something different with the listing to make the "Free Shipping" show up on the app? I think it would help my sales. Thanks in advance - Mark

I’m showing 35 items with free shipping on iOS. How many should there be?

Thanks for trying to help. That number sounds about right. On my phone when I go to "Selling" and look at "Active" listings and scroll down to one of the items that should say "Free Shipping" it has the asking price and below that "or Best Offer". Under that it says "+ Shipping". Am I doing something wrong? All the free shipping listings say that too?
