For my store account, there is from time-to-time a missing active item that is not shown along with the others. Honestly I find this to be deeply concerning, it has me running around pulling out my hair trying to reconcile the difference active counts. As of this post, I have a total of 20 items up for sale but my active listings in seller hub is 21.

I can see 20 … which is the number you say should be listed 😁
I’ve noticed glitches in numbers recently, but I’m guessing it’s just that, a glitch.

Two possibilities.....
One of your items renews today
or
You have the Out Of Stock option turned on.
For the later it will remain as Active but the quantity will be zero

There should be a total of 21 up for sales, this one is missing (itm 236014831043)
Just listed it this AM so they are not up for renewal, my OOS option is set to off for my account.

It can take up to 24 hours for a new listing to be indexed and available in search.
Another possibility in the difference in numbers is that the 236014831043 has a quantity of two, if that is the only multi-quantity listing that might explain the 1 item difference that is displayed.

I have over 1200 items listed and sometimes it shows different numbers on the app than it does on desktop. It has always been that way and haven't figured out why yet. Some new listings don't appear for days, some appear right away, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it.

This is due to an annual increase in system activity experienced during this period, which has caused processing delays.

Listings in some categories, we speculate, go thru a tougher check and therefore take a longer time to show up in search....... Military/gun stuff/ high priced/electronics.... No one knows for sure.........but posts over the years seem to show them lagging......
