Missing category?

Well they seem to be being listed in the other pipes catagory now days.

eBay has been reducing category: for sure it seem they do not want to increase me...

They went to specifics for the major search criteria, leaving out the catagory browser purchaser.

I may be in the minority here but in all my time on eBay I don't think I've ever once searched by category.

As long as your title is good, I think you'll be fine in pipes or as @donsdetour  stated.

Such as catagory is useful if you only purchase one group of items:  it was easy to keep track of them as newly listed, and easy to see what  could be got by ending soonest in a catagory:

Items are not always listed that can be easy searched using search engine. Category was useful for such.

Take this topic: a tobacco pipe smoker may desire a stand< or may like to brows a catagory of such to see what all is a available.

In the past such was usable.
