Missing VIEW OFFER Link From "Pending Offers Page"

Ebay replaced the "view offer" link from "pending offers" page with "share listing!" Now having to click drop down menu under "share listing" which should be "view offer" then click "view all offers" to get to any single offer.

You appear to be using the My eBay view or another page I'm not familiar with, but the same issue is affecting the Seller Hub (sorry, no screenshot at the moment).  Have to use the dropdown menu to get to the offers.  The app is also affected, I can just tap on the title of the listing and then on Review Offers there, but whatever is causing this is affecting every way I know of to get to the offers on a listing.

My question, Is it select people experiencing this issue? You would think other people would be posting this issue if it wasn't.
