I’m trying to get in touch with a seller but it doesn’t see my messages are getting through What can I do

Have you been blocked? By that, I mean... have you sent messages to that seller successfully before?

If you send too many messages as asked by another responder, you will end up blocked.  This way ebay limits info between ebayers.  You can not include any personal information such as email or address.  Have you tried to contact this seller using the Contact Seller link on a specific item and do not include any personal information.   This may or may not work.

or if you are successfully 'sending' a message but getting no response- many sellers don't work weekends and/or many sellers don't answer messages simply because they

a.) don't want to

b.) don't see them

c.) too knew to know where to look for 'messages'

d.) are too busy (see a.) above) 

Nobody is required (buyers/sellers) to 'respond' to messages.
