Message Offer System Fix

The system to send an offer through the message system has not worked for over a month.  Is there any plan to FIX this?  I get the button that shows with the message but always get a popup "Failed To Fetch".  Are they hiring dogs to run the systems now?  I am on a desktop computer, I have rebooted, cleared caches and history, Chrome is updated, still cannot send an offer.  They cannot possibly be unaware.

We're having the same issue, tried the same things, haven't been able to resolve it. I assume they'll get around to fixing it at some point, but it seems to be on their end if multiple people are having the same issue.
