I could of joined back in the Jeff's days but didn't.

I think I replied to it back in Jan, when it was opened to all.

Since there were so many questions not replied to, I felt bad for the OP's.

So, Can someone on the M@M board reply to it, or is it even in need of a response?

Four months is some sort of record, especially for such a content-free "reply"!  I recommended that they ask PayPal to ship it with a signature requirement.

Not all threads need a reply.

A street address is needed to apply, and that is where the card will be sent.
