Mega seller/buyer fraud - XXXX

I am posting to warn others to block XXXX from purchasing from your store. They are a mega seller having sold over 450K items and they still feel the need to be dishonest. 

I sold them them an Apple AirPort Extreme which was in working condition as it was actually my personal item. Had original box and accessories with serial numbers.

They resell these items for more which I’m completely fine with but I’m absolutely not okay with fraud. 

After nearly 30 days, they opened a not as described case and then proceeded to return a completely different item to me with a different serial number and different box. I even messaged them before and advised them to be sure the item they were returning to me had the matching serial numbers on item and box. I have reported them to eBay and hope to get their case shut down but I was appalled to see that this type of mega seller behaves this way.

Thanks- should be able to. They took away our ability to leave appropriate FB for these rotten buyers years ago. Not many options left to warn others.

Sellers make the worst buyers!

Of the small number of buyer issues I've had over the years  at least half of them were active sellers. You can tell they are not so bright because any smart seller uses a different account to do their buying.

Exactly right! I can tell from their feedback that they also are dishonest with their buyers. They sell hundreds of items as “new” but they’re just things like the one they bought from me that I used for years. Bait and switch all around!

Just wanted to update that eBay agreed that they switched the item but of course they still got refunded out of eBay’s pocket so they didn’t learn any lesson. I will still lose return shipping $ due to this seller since eBay makes you cover that if they open an INAD. Reported them but seller will continue to get away with these shady practices for now.
