I am wondering how other sellers of medical products go about confirming an item is ok to sell. I have had 2 listings removed recently because eBay said they required a prescription and now I’m on a 3 day restriction. I always triple check that my items do not have the RX symbol or the note saying “Sale restricted to Physician.” and these removed items did not. I won’t try to relist them but I’m curious if there’s a website or something where I can check my future items for this same issue.

The below website can be used to check if an item is RX only (prescription required). The website does take some getting used to and learning how to input the correct make and model so you can find the unit you are looking for.
https://accessgudid.nlm.nih.gov/
I looked at one of your listings which you can see below as a sample for you. Searching Alcon Monarch III on this website does show as being RX only. You can see this if you expand the device characteristics drop down menu. ( please see below photo)

Would it be useful for you to ask the question here before listing?
Or perhaps there IS a list somewhere?

Try our friend Google.

I'm sure there are other sites where you can sell your products. The only thing is you might want to check to see you need to be an authorized dealer/seller. And to tag on with @myfrugalboutique , Google is indeed our friend. 😊
Good luck and hope you can find the solution. PS Don't relist them either. Relisting it could jeopardize your account.

eBay has an extensive list of Medical devices that can’t be sold here and those that can have certain stipulations.

In looking up one of your items, I see that according to the manufacturer of several of your listings, Medtronics, TruClear™ Hysteroscope Sets are advertised to doctors as being used in "office settings." That tells me that they are intended for professionals and not to be sold to the general public.
IMO, many of your items are liability issues to you if any of your buyers who aren't trained to use the scopes get hurt!
Wow!

Many medical devices need a prescription, and by selling them you are putting yourself not only in jeopardy on ebay, but legally. Just think if the person bought an item like that and then died or had a medical issue, you could be sued.

BTW, your disclaimer of responsibility/waiver of liability for injury mean nothing! You ARE responsible for what you sell.

Oh yes, very aware of that policy. The outcome could be horrific! So many people selling things that are a liability and outright illegal. Right now I am seeing more and more vape cartridges trying to be sold on this platform. Those are so dangerous. My nephews friend bought a tainted one on some other site. Tainted with fentanyl. He died. People really need to seek out the consequences of these types of items that most have no knowledge of either. Lawsuits and jail time come into play no doubt
Have a great day.

Yes, and that is just horrible about the young man that died.

These items sold by Tactile Medical are prescription items. I find them all the time here, they are taken down and then the seller just relists them. Do a search undert t actile medical flexitouch, tactile medical flexitouch pd32-u, and other combinations of these words. These are a compression prescription garment costing about $8000 and paid for by insurance, medicare, medicaid, etc. They are for the treatment of lymphedema.
Never should they be allowed on ebay.

In addition to items that require prescriptions that aren't allowed, items that are for professional use only (i.e., medically trained professionals) aren't allowed either!
You really need to end your listings or a 3 day restriction will be the least of your worries.
