Mass new Listing Import Through .CSV ( NEED TEMPLATE )

Hello,

I am a newer Ebay seller and was wondering if Ebay offers the function for: 

Multiple "new listing"  creations via .csv import? If so, do they have a copy of their sample template I can download, I couldn't find it.

There are third-party apps that let you build the listing off-line and upload it. They also let you archive your listings so you can use them as templates and resurrect an old listing if you unexpectedly get another item like it.

How well they handle multiple-variation listings, I'm not sure. eBay keeps changing the MV software and it has always had bugs.
