When you get that message, it's usually a temporary glitch.
I would try again later.

I haven't tried recently but I do get this message from time to time. Clearing cookies, and restarting the browser usually resolves the problem.

It happens from time to time. Refresh your screen and try again. Most of the time that is all it takes. I hope it works for you.

Haven't been able to view service metrics for 4 days now. Item specifics problem has been going on for weeks also.

What has that got to do with the OP's issue??
Did you report your problems to Ebay? They are the only ones that can help you since it has been going on for a few days.

Yes, for several months, I've been encountering this issue where an error message appears after clicking the launch button to initiate a new markdown sale. Interestingly, the message doesn't affect the actual sale process, making it more of a minor annoyance than a critical problem. Over time, I've learned to ignore it and proceed with my tasks without any disruption.
