Markdown Manager Mess-up!

There is a huge problem with the Markdown Manager! I put my 7000 items on sale for 15% off everything with no other rules. When I checked my items, they were discounted from 5% off to 75% off!  I called Ebay and told them there was a problem, and they didn't know why it was happening. Is anyone else having the same problem? I haven't sold a thing since I couldn't get them on sale. We need this fixed!

I don't understand

You've had quite a number of sales on 6/1 and some 6/2.....

You might want to fix that RED Fiesta pitcher that you have listed for $600, item details state it's BLUE. This is an INAD waiting to happen, and this would be unfortunate. Nice things you have.

Hi, is it possible you chose a dollar amount instead of a percentage when you started your sale? I've done this before - it's confusing because the actual sale shows up as a % off, instead of $ off.

If you chose 15%, but it grabbed $1.50 instead, that would explain why a $2.00 item would show 75% off, and a $28.00 would show 5% off (pardon my math 😬).

I was going to suggest the same - that instead of 15% you posted a $15 discount.

I looked at one of your listings and it was marked down from Feb 1 through Mar 1, then April 1 through May 1, then May 1 through June 1, then June 1-June 1 which I presume was the sale that didn't post the way you wanted.

How much time did you leave between the sale that ended June 1 and the sale that started June 1? If too close together, that could cause issues with markdowns.

I believe it's against FTC rules to run perpetual sales.
