Hello eBay Community Team,
I kindly ask for help escalating my case to the Trust & Safety / Appeals team.
My selling account cpuvintageltd has been permanently restricted due to Item Not Received (INR) / Bad Buyer Experience (BBE) metrics, even though my Seller Standards dashboard now shows Above Standard globally and Top Rated in the US, with 0% defect, 0% late shipment, and 100% positive feedback.
I’ve already contacted customer service and Appeals multiple times, but I only receive template replies stating the decision is “final.” However, my performance metrics clearly show that the restriction no longer reflects my actual selling history.
I have full documentation proving that all INR cases were resolved responsibly - refunds, replacements, or confirmed deliveries (including DHL tracking LY814771111DE, which shows successful delivery).
Could a Community Moderator please help escalate this case internally to Trust & Safety for a manual review of my restriction?
Thank you very much for your time and understanding.
Best regards,
Dimitar

There is no one here who can do as you request.
We are all buyers and sellers -
I will say "permanently restricted due to Item Not Received"
BBE and Seller Standards are 2 different things.
Permanently is not it all dropped off so now its good, so welcome back.
Permanent is forever.
Final is final.

BBE restrictions are automatically generated.
Resolving an INR is irrelevant, the fact that the delivery did not occur on time is what is considered.
The criteria are objective, and objective criteria are not manually reviewed because the can only be interpreted one way, and no one is given the power to override the result.
As far as I can remember, no one who has been restricted due to BBE has returned to tell is they were reinstated.

Nothing anybody here can do. Nothing else to be done.
Move on.

Doesn't matter what your dashboard shows now, what matters is what it showed when they suspended you.
When you're suspended due to BBE, there's no coming back.

Thank you all for your replies.
I understand that community members are buyers and sellers like me, and I truly appreciate the feedback. However, I’m specifically requesting an official eBay Moderator to review this case and forward it internally to Trust & Safety / Appeals for verification.
My restriction appears to be caused by an automated INR/BBE system error, while my Seller Standards are Above Standard globally and Top Rated in the US, with 0% defect and 100% positive feedback.
Could a moderator please review this thread and confirm whether it can be escalated to the proper team?
Thank you kindly for your help and understanding.

Again, there is no one here who can do as you request.
There is no way for anyone here to request your account be looked into.

There's no one here that can do anything.
No one from Ebay will see your post.

Restriction Applied in Error
My selling account cpuvintageltd has been permanently restricted due to Item Not Received (INR) / Bad Buyer Experience (BBE) metrics, even though my Seller Standards dashboard now shows Above Standard globally and Top Rated in the US, with 0% defect, 0% late shipment, and 100% positive feedback.
Your restriction was not "applied in error".
Your restriction was based on your BBE, which was specifically designed to rate you on additional factors that have nothing to do with seller status or feedback percentage.
There is nothing in the BBE policy that says that seller status or feedback rating will negate the BBE policy.

No one here can help you, if it said it was permanent then it means permanent. They banned you for your performance at the time and you can't come back now and say oh I'll do better.

There is no such designation as an official eBay moderator.
Moderators for this forum do not work for eBay they work for Khoros, therefore they have no authority or access to your eBay account.

I'm sorry, but there is no manual review process for the Service standard policy — bad buyer experience rate. Since you have no sales in the past 6 months, and no items listed for sale in the past 90 days, it would appear that your account has already been suspended permanently.

Sorry, but it is too late to recover from this now.
The BBER/service standards policy is administered separately from the Seller Standards. You have to pass both evaluations, and yes it is possible to pass one and fail the other.
