There used to be an eBay program called Trading Assistant which died out because most sellers thought the consignor was paying too little for their services and most consignors thought the sellers were charging too much for their services.

The usual deal was that the seller had the items in her own hands, did all the photography and describing , uploaded the listing, took payments, packaged and shipped the goods, paid the postage from the buyer's payment, and accepted responsibility for Disputes over delivery and descriptions.

The consignor paid all fees, both eBay and Paypal (about 20% of the selling price on average) plus an hourly or piecework wage to the seller.

This meant the consignor usually got 40% or less of the selling price, a few months after the sale allowing for Paypal disputes.

This is a member-to-member help forum.  There are no eBay employees here.

Account Managers were a service of the (now defunct) eBay India (ebay.in).

Sellers on eBay,com are expected to handle their own business, including any and all customer service for their buyers.

There are no assigned managers for accounts on eBay.com.  The only thing that comes close is Concierge Service, which is limited to high-volume, high-dollar accounts and Brands.

If you wish to find a consignor for your goods, try advertising locally.

If you are looking for an employee to do all of the work and list on your account, try an employment agency ... and remember that anything that an employee does on (or to) your account is your responsibility. If you want the employee to completely manage your account, you must trust them to handle the financial part of it too.

Try asking  the woman on the movie "The 40 Year-Old Virgin".  She worked in an ebay consignment store.  In all seriousness, if you want to sell on consignment you may need to wait until 2022 when the pandemic is getting closer to being behind us.  If you do find someone willing to handle your stuff and store it to ship let us know because the odds of that happening unless they live within a mile of you are next to zero.
