Good day to all! Can you please tell me how your transition from PayPal to managed payments went? The fact is that in Russia access to the Payoneer payment system is limited, the site does not work. We could only follow the link provided by ebay. We registered, sent the documents, but the Payoneer has been silent for more than a week. In Russia, on the sellers' forums, they write that due to the fact that no one can normally go through the transition to managed payments, sales fell sharply and dramatically, just like mine.
