Sorry if this has been answered before (if so I couldn't find it). With managed payments in regards to Items Not As Described or Not Received Cases, how does ebay put the money for the transaction on hold? Do they just give you a negative account balance the way PayPal did and apply any incoming money to that balance? Or do they actually withdraw it from my checking account and hold it while the case is pending?
