I haven't seen this topic discussed yet. When a package is returned to seller because there's a problem with the address I offer to re-ship with the buyer paying for the label or I refund minus original shipping & fees.
It's been discussed that there is currently no way to partial refund through managed payments unless a SNAD claim is opened. That's problem number one.
Problem number two is that there isn't, to my knowledge, a way to invoice the buyer for additional shipping in this case unless the buyer is willing to accept a paypal invoice outside of the managed payments system.

1. This is another reason we should have the ability to offer a partial refund without a SNAD being opened.
2. There should be an ability to invoice for additional funds in the event another shipping label is required.
