Why are managed payments fees higher than regular fees? How do I go back to regular payments?

You cant go back to PayPal.

Fees are not higher you are just now seeing them all at once instead of split up between PayPal and Ebay.

Yeppers, it's true. No 'do-overs' allowed. PayPal has left the building. And the fees are about a wash. Hang in there...

They are about the same total fees and you cannot go back.

Take for example your Katy Perry $34.30, shipping $5, and say 5% sales tax in the buyer's state.

For PayPal

$1.44 = 3.49% PayPal fee

$4.01 = 10.20% eBay FVF

$0.49 = PayPal fixed fee

$5.94 total fees for PayPal and eBay

For eBay

$5.18 = 12.55% MP simplified FVF

$0.30 = MP fixed fee

$5.48 = total fees for Managed Payments

So you'd be paying more @addisonvinyl if you could go back.
