I had 5 offers, well above my allow offers setting that didn't come to me, yet an offer well below the minimum price I would accept came through. This is the 2nd time this has happened, resulting in me not giving it to someone with a reasonable offer.

I'm sorry I don't know why that would be happening but I saw that you sell MJ and my daughter (15 now) used to wear it and you brought back fond memories. I even met the lady who created it all. I think I heard she passed away years ago 😞

I've had buyers except offer(with app) that said I ship for free. They got upset when they received the invoice that included calculated shipping. (They forwarded me the screenshots). Not sure this is still happening. Just that it has happened. Pointing these sorts of things to eBay falls on deaf ears so I feel your pain.

Is it possible to post a screenshot of the area where you set up the 'automatically accept offers' and 'automatically decline offers'?

The 5 offers that you are seeing are offers that you sent to buyers in the past but that were either ignored or declined by those buyers.
eBay muddies the water on the offer history page by including these offers sent to buyers.
The $11 offer is probably due to the fact that on occasion ( a lot of occasions ) eBay likes to sneak in in the middle of the night and zero out seller's minimum best offer settings. I have had all of my best offer minimums zeroed out dozens of times in the past. eBay likes to state that it must have been a glitch. uh huh.

Where do you find that MANAGE OFFERS page on the desktop version of eBay? I can never find it, and no one at eBay seems to know either.

Has anyone found it ? I am talking with 2 ebay support agents. Even them cannot find it lol. https://www.ebay.com/sellercenter/growth/seller-hub-promotions/offers-to-buyers-best-offer . Writes "You can both start and stop automatic offers on the Offer Settings tab on the manage offers page." But i have searched google and ebay and no one can seem to find it.

As far as i know you would need to click the individual listings drop down menu to view offers if any have been sent or received. You can also scroll further down the menu to review offers sent
