Malicious user use multiple ebay accounts to harm sellers accounts

Hi guys, There is a malicious user use multiple ebay accounts to harm sellers accounts, He place orders and after a while he request to cancel (order by mistake) or give bad feedback 😞 , he did this with me a lot of times and when i add their username to the blocklist he order with another username, But I can figure out if he placed the order because he used the same shipping addres for all accounts,

Also, all his accounts were created on this date -> Member since: Jan 10, 2022

Please guys help me, report this malicious user

Any time you get an order from that person, cancel it. See below:

Give them a list of all the buyer's IDs and ask them to file a report on each ID for circumventing your blocked buyer list.
