I'm mostly selling at a loss because I am doing yard sale type sales to get rid of my things and get something back. It used to be that ebay put the price you put for sale. But now I'm seeing it puts the price you have plus tax as the total for your sale. So doesn't that mean that if something is sold for $125 + $23 shipping ebay is now showing you made $168 with the added tax. But if thats whats going on the 1099k thats going to cause double tax. I'll be taxed for the amount i sold it as plus the tax ebay already charged. Keep in mind these aren't even taxable because Im selling for less than i paid. This completely screws up my sheet because until May it was only showing what I was selling it as and I really dont want to redo half a year of this stupid chart. Is there a way to remove the tax so it doesnt show when im making this chart? And whats weird is I see my most recent is showing as $44.99 and not included the tax in my total but the others are showing it?
